How can I join Mujaaz as a translator?

We'd be delighted to have you join our network! Download the Mujaaz app, select "Register as a Translator," and complete the application form by providing your language pairs, previous experience, and area of specialization. Our team will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I receive translation assignments?

Once your account has been approved, you will start receiving notifications through the app for translation requests that match your areas of expertise and the language pairs you have specified in your profile.

How will I receive my payments?

Your earnings are calculated based on the quotation you submitted and that has been approved. Payments are transferred securely to your bank account on a regular basis after the completed work has been reviewed and approved by the Mujaaz management team.

Are my legal documents secure with Mujaaz?

Security is our highest priority. All uploaded documents are stored on highly secure, encrypted cloud servers powered by AWS S3. We also enforce strict access control policies to ensure your documents remain protected at all times.

Who can access my documents?

Only the assigned translator and the Mujaaz Quality Assurance team have access to your documents. In addition, all of our translators are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and are committed to maintaining complete confidentiality.
